Nau mai, haere mai ki Kelvin Grove Kindergarten, where creative young minds are inspired, extended and prepared for lifelong learning.

We believe skills and knowledge acquired as children lay important foundations for continued learning. We aim to instill children with positive attitudes about themselves as learners and make learning fun.

Our trained and enthusiastic teachers recognise, extend and celebrate group as well as individual learning. Children are presented with an abundance of opportunities to explore numeracy, scientific concepts, literacy and the creative arts.

Children's love of music and movement is cultivated through planned weekly music sessions with a trained music teacher. We enjoy regular excursions and visitors are welcomed into our learning environment to share their knowledge.

Families are valued as participants in their children's learning and invited to join in kindergarten activities.
